It could be a Brown Recluse and if it is, it is a very dangerous spider. If you are bitten by that spider, you can get very sick and maybe die. Seriously.

I have simply determined a nest, in my lawn, of what looks to be one hundred's of little yellow and black spiders newly hatched...Never visible them earlier than in my lifestyles.... Being a little bit involved (Yellow and Black is ordinarily natures caution signal) I have performed a quantity of searches... After trawling the web it looks it might be be a form of Argiope (black and yellow lawn spider) nevertheless that's a US spider and I am dwelling within the UK... Further looking indicates their is a 'Wasp Spider' that is determined in Contienial Europe and normally the South Coast of England... Which continues to be a thriller as I are living within the Midlands(England - UK) that is miles from the any coast permit most effective the South Coast.... Should I be charging men and women to come back and talk over with my Garden to look this infrequent website or is there an additional form of spider out right here? They aren't detrimental to people are they I believe??? - my mum may be very anxiouis!!! Damon

Here's a website that you can check out to see if you can find it. You know what it looks like first hand so it'll be easy than describing it to someone. If you click on the links, then the pics it'll give you a close up picture of the spiders for a better look. Hope this helps.

It is called a brown recluse. In it's venom is an enzyme that causes breakdown of the epidermal layers (skin) and causes a condition called necrotizing fascitis, also referred to as "flesh-eating". The layers of skin disintigrate, and you are left with very ugly scarring of the tissue, and in the worst cases, the bite can be fatal.
