I regularly follow through, due to a diet of Guinness and Balti. The first thing to do IS NOT SIT DOWN! Carefully limp towards the nearest trap, de-bag and turn your strides inside out as you squat over the pan. Allow the bulk of the "shart" to fall away into the pan. Now carefully remove shoes and socks, then remove trousers/skirt etc. You should now be wearing ONLY soiled pants. Carefully ease them off, taking care not to get any cack on your cheeks or legs. Once they are off, place them on the cistern. Waddle over to the sink or bath, and clean the 'arris. Wash hands, and dry thoroughly. Go back into the trap, and stuff the soiled under crackers behind the cistern. Deny all knowledge.
