They can all be good, and they can all suck.
In general, pop has to have some really good instrumentation for me to like it. I'm not all about singing.
Rock has sort of lost meaning as a genre, not the genre itself I mean, but the word. Rock is applied to almost everything, so I'm not sure what you're referring to with this, so I won't try to guess.
Country I only really like as the bluegrass variety, or when it's mixed a tiny bit with rock. In that case a little bit goes a long way for me.
Hip hop can be good. But all too often it's tripe, as is the case with pop I guess. Jurassic 5, and turntable and sample musicians (e.g. DJ Shadow) are really good.

Anything but country! I mainly listen to hip-hop though!

Rock or blues (relies upon...) you could think of i'm stupid liking blues, yet blues started each and every thing. without it, there would not be rock, and it even made hip-hop. without it, track might basically be track from the Lion King.

Tough decision but i'm a country girl myself although i do listen to hiphop and rock too.
