and did NOTHING WRONG! She moved from the Northeast to the South and feels that maybe she made a wrong decision in moving. She has been unlawfully terminated from her jobs!! She has never been fired from a job before EVER! One job fired her because they didn't like her personality..the other one fired her because she got another job, etc...What can I do to help her...she wants to move because it is not working out!!

Here's the thing: For 2 or 3 firings, you can say that its just a rash of bad employers. If there's 5, the problem does not lie with the employers. Its like if a guy goes out on 200 dates with women and doesn't like any of them, the problem generally is not that he just went out with 200 bad women.
I know you love your friend and everything, but its entirely possible that she's not the kind of person that's skilled enough to hold the jobs she's trying to take. I encourage your friend to seek employment in the food service industry like many have done before her.
Oh, and its completely lawful to fire anyone within the first 45 days. Its called a probationary period and if you're fired during it, no reason needs to be provided.

Every state has Career guidance counseling for free and it
covers everything from resume writing to job searches..etc..
talk her into going there and start anew...
