Ok. I've been to the doctor to get tested for STD's, came back 100% clean on everything! He suggested a sensitive skin feminie wash. I've been using it, and it does help... but sometimes its so itchy and I dont know why. It started about 2-3 months ago, there are no bumps, no ingrown hairs, no reason why it should be like this. The only thing that relieves it is washing with a warm cloth, and putting vagisil on it. I dont want to do this anymore... what could this be? And how do I make it stop?? Please help me.

It did go away for a few weeks, its really sporatic at best. Its not all the time, maybe bad 1-2 nights every 1-3 weeks. I dont wear tight jeans, dont take baths, and dont take any birth control. Im starting birth control this sunday. I hope this is enough info. Serious answers only please. thanks

Could be dry skin, could be laundry soap, could be so many things. If your doc said you are clean and clear of all problems down there, then I would try changing my laundry soap first. Buy something else and use it in the laundry instead. If nothing changes. Put some vaseline down there, and see if it was dry skin. I know its frustrating, so just keep trying. Good luck

It could be a yeast infection like thrush, which would need specific treatment, but should have been picked up in testing (but may not have been present at the time). You might also have a little cystitis.

Make sure you drink plenty of water and get canesten cream to relieve the itching and a suppository or oral pill to clear the thrush. Also, make sure you always go to the loo as soon as your bladder is full, don't hang on to it as this can cause irritation too.

If you are not on the pill yet, but have been having sex (I'm guessing, as you were tested) then perhaps you are slightly allergic to condoms? Some people are allergic to the latex used in them.

If you are shaving in that area it could be a shaving rash, or just itching when the hair grows back (which is normal but a pain!). Try using an unperfumed, light moisturiser, or even better some pure aloe vera gel, which is fantastic.

It could be some new foods you've been eating or some different bar soap, shower gel or laundry soap you used. Retrace your steps. Have you been spending the night at a different place(s) or wearing someone elses clothes? Some people don't know how to clean their bathrooms properly.

It's either a new allergy you've developed or some type of recurring yeast infection-there are many types of bacterias you can catch from anywhere. Next time you get it, get to the docs ASAP so they can detect what type of bacteria it may be.

Another idea would be try some natural herbs or herbal teas-call your local herb store-I try different teas and they really do cure specific ailments-relatively cheap too.

Well the Dr. says your OK so you may just have a very sensitive dry skin area. Vagisil is great but may not have what your skin needs. Try something like an aloe cream with no perfumes added. I like Lubriderm especially if you are shaving in that area. Good luck

It may be the PH of your secretions. Try using unscented, dye-free hypoallergenic soap and washing your clothes in ALL Free or some dye and fragrence free washing liquid. Good Luck with this I know it's irritating you terribly.

Ok, that's a tough one but it might be linked to your diet, have you changed what you eat recently ? If so, you might want to eliminate the introduction of unfamiliar food from it. Also are you taking any antibiotics ? If so discuss this with your gynecologist and she might be able to find one that does not cause such problems. Hope I helped :)

it sounds like you have a yeast infection. Just get some more cream to put on there and it should help. If you still have the problem you should really see a doctor/gyno.
