My friends won't listen to my filmmaking ideas?

We want to start a filmmaking group but we got two guys who are dominant personalities. I may be shy and quiet but I think I have good ideas. They seem to be in control because they hog up all the time talking and when I try to speak they just talk some more. I can't just yell to be heard so how do I assert myself?

Either organize meeting so they are run by a moderator so that when one person is speaking no one else can speak til they are done (The moderator chooses who can speak), or find another group where you dont have such pushy domineering people to be in.
