Does anyone think it is NOT a crime to use Justice dept to selectively prosecute the opposition party?

I'd like to hear how many think that is "business as usual" vs those who consider it a subversion of democracy.

It is not only an abuse of authority, but a waste of taxpayer money to send them on witch hunts.
