I have played Yahoo! Backgammon, Jellyfish and RealDice Backgammon and all seem to be pretty fair. At times they seem to be one-sided in the favor of the computer, however I installed a dice generator I rolled myself into Jellyfish and had it used it, used tricks to verify it was calling my generator (which it was) and it still came out the way I expected.

If you are going to make statements like this, you need to give us some evidence to support it. Who is it "unfair" against? Is the problem that rolls keep repeating? That there are more doubles than there should be? That it is actually analyzing the position and giving you, and only you a poor roll?

Without more information, I have to assume that you simply need to learn the fine points of the game.
