probably tell you to rest for two days, not do anything strenuous and to take pain medication when you experience it. He will also make sure to watch for swelling. He may or may not try and check to see if you have head trauma, but the occurence, unless you were in an accident, is unlikely.

he may admit you to the hospital for 24 hours just to make sure that theres nothing serious going on. and then he may want you to take pain medication and rest for a few days and avoid strenous activity for awhile.
