The little successes I celebrate with an iced coffee and some goofing off time.
The big successes I celebrate simply by not screwing them up! If it's a financial success, I celebrate by paying all the bills at once (which doesn't happen often), buying something nice, and doing the 'good Lord, there's something left over to save' dance...

If it's a big success (like a new job or promotion) I'll treat myself to a new pair of shoes or a handbag.
If it's a small success I'll get myself some Ice cream or a similar treat.
It's kind of funny, because I do the same things when something goes wrong (also the varying scale!)... When I split with my husband I went on a super shopping spree - and when I recently broke up with my boyfriend I got myself some ice cream! Funny how those things work!

It depends. If I just took a huge test and did well, I take a nap to celebrate my success. But I take a nap even if I didn't do well.
Usually, the little success is a celebration in itself.

Several things. I like to take a little time to celebrate them, preferrably with good friends who can appreciate what the achievements mean to me. A little self-pat-on-back, if you will. :)
Then, I like to sit back and review the events leading up to them, consider where things went right, and where they went wrong...so next time can be even better.
Next, I harness the momentum to either jump-start the next big project/dream, or give it a boost if it's already under way -- while still high on the achievement, spend time on plans and next steps.
And I might just do a little end-zone sorta dance, too.
