I purchased my singular phone in January and mailed my rebate in and I haven't received it yet what do I do?

It's to soom to get your rebate. It takes around 4 to 5 months for them to send it to you.

Check your rebate status online. If there was a problem with the rebate being fulfilled find out how you can fix the problem to get your rebate, to do this just call into customer care and ask what is going on with the rebate you checked the status and it says that it was denied for this reason. They will then explain to you why it was denied, and how to fix it a lot of times they will resubmit it for you or get it fixed while you are on the phone with them. Hope that helped.

I would call them to double check but it usually takes 10-12 weeks to recieve a rebate back from a cellular company but if you think that something isn't right call them up and ask them to track it for you and make sure everything is still on course.

I work for Cingular. It does ask for 10-12 weeks to process. Usually does not take that long. Go to the website "cingular.com" and then "my rebates" and enter your info. It will walk you through the process there. All else fails, go to a location and have them call in for you. Almost always fixable.

Nope. this entire technique is placing out to become extra complicated a week. i'm responsive to what the IRS website states so some distance as "while" and "How plenty" yet what my sister advised me the different day extremely has me stumped. She stated she have been given the letter telling her she might have her money by using might sixteenth. SS ending in seventy 9. WHA! Mine ends with 15 so needless to say something is ALL jacked up!

Sometimes they can take up to 90 days to get the refund. Just call the phone co. and ask to check the status.
