It depends on the person; everyone is different. Although testosterone levels can drop in men at around age 40. Some guys in there twenties only want sex once or twice a week. It just depends.

You would have to find a study which dealt with your question. It's highly unlikely one has been done specifically for 45 year olds. Guess you'll just have to do with your best guess.
