Is everyone on this site under 15? Only remember Jordan as a Wizard? I don't know how many questions I've seen saying Kobe is even better. Really? Anyone over the age of 24 want to tell me how/why Kobe is better.

Ok this shouldn't even be a question. Not only are you insulting the game of basketball but your insulting the greatest player (Michael Jordan) to ever play the game. Just stop Kobe fans (and I'm one as well) but to say Kobe's better than Mike is a joke. To whoever said Kobe can shoot better than Mike, you need to check their field goal percentages each year, let me know what you find out. Let me stop because I'm actually starting to entertain this topic.

Mike was bad on the wizards because he was older and held on to long

overall kobe is better than mike. but at the age he is now hes better than jordan is. kobe still as a ways to go before he'll ever be better than mike. he has a good shot but only time will tell. i dont know people always hate on kobe hes the best in the game right now period.

Kobe is an exceptional player. Yet he plays in a time of very soft rules in a league where the emphasis is on scoring. When Jordan played there were teams that would literal beat up on the rest of the league (Pistons) hence you had the Jordan Rules, also every team had there defensive enforcer that came out and let you know that this wasn't going to be a cake walk shoot-a-thon (81 points) Jordan was an offensive and defensive terror... He also got his rings without have a ultra-dominant big-man... Jordan also played against many players that are considered in the 50 greatest and they said he was a dominating player..... The list goes on and on but my hands are getting tired.

If you were old enough to watch ..then you would have seen all the MJ haters saying he(MJ) was a ballhog..and would never be as good as DrJ....kinda crazy! how it all comes back around....don't worry as you get older you will understand..lol.......
At 28 Kobe is a better allaround player(Phil Jackson said it)..

1) Kobe has a better perimeter game then MJ...
2)Kobe is a better facilitator then MJ averages more assist then MJ at 28....5.5 vs 5.7(Kobe)..not alot but slightly better!.
3)Kobe has more Rings then MJ at 28..3 - 1
4)Kobe has lead his team to a winning record without a top 50 alltime player....Jordan 0
5)Kobe is a far better offensive player NOW! then Jordan ever was!...Jordan may be slightly better then Kobe on deffense...only slightly....But some say it's even!...

Yeah it's a joke. MJ was better by far. Kobe in 11 seasons only have 1 scoring title, no season mvps, no finals mvps, no defensive player of the years, no steals titles, & he only average like 24 ppg career wise. MJ in 11 seasons had 8 scoring titles, 4 finals mvps, 4 season mvps, a defensive player of the year award, 3 steal titles, & he averaged like 32 ppg career wise. MJ in his prime was 10 times better.

They both suck! Period. hahahahaha KB is a rapist and a wife cheater and MJ of the Wizards is also a wife cheater and a crazy gambler and a sucky GM that runied the Wizards and is destroying the Bobcats. Go Wizards owner GOOD JOB FOR FIRING MJ!!! Yeah!! just because you're a superstar player doesn't mean you'll make a great GM. i'm thirty... and i can tell you that i hate jordan most of all but i also hate kobe....
i can tell you in my opinion that kobe is better.... kobe is more athletic and a better shooter than jordan ever was... plus the fact (and you cant ignore this) kobe is not getting the calls from the refs that jordan was getting... just my opinion...

You can't justify that Kobe is better. Most young people can even remember last week let alone when they were little kids. There is no arguement that you can make that Kobe is better. None.

I dont see another player in the near future, being as good as M.J., in His prime. as for Phil Jackson, saying Kobe was better, use Your head. Phil is a coach. when He said that, Michael was retired and, Kobe was, still playing for Him. You dont tell one of Your players who they will never be as good, as.
