I have a freind who listens to him and i thought some of his music was racist my friend says he is not a racist!

david allen coe spent close 2 twenty yrs in prison for killing someone somehow. he wrote alot of his songs in prison. He is a long-haired redneck racist. its his mentality, he has some good material but some of his stuff is completely racist and sexist um like for example the song "i made Linda Lovelace Choke"

He's got songs where he sings about hating "n*ggers". I don't know how he is not racist. Maybe he's got some kind of justification for his lyrics, but I can't see how he is not a racist.

No he is not racist.He is very in tune with what he believes and has a very strong opinion of how things should be.
