I'd go back to the Cotswold's.
It's a stunning place.
I grew up there. It's great for kids.
But to be honest i love London and don't think I'd leave again (I've had to 4 times so far) I live just on the borders so 10 Min's one way your in the city and 10 Min's the other way your surrounded by strawberry farms and sheep!
It's great!

I would not leave the USA for any reason. For that matter, I've left my current area a time or two out of necessity. But I've come back both times. I am now here to stay!

Seattle washington as I used to write stories based there as a kid (?) or Ireland as my family comes from there and its a wonderful place.

the question is if you HAD to leave ...I would go to Italy ..it is a beautiful country with great food, lively people, and a relaxed but interesting life..................and easy to travel all of Europe from......... and they like Americans...
