What are the top rated CSU's in California?

CAn someone tell me the top rated CSU's in California in order of top rated to least rated. Thank You.

In general, the Cal Polys are considered the best. Otherwise, it's pretty highly dependent on what degree program you're talking about. A Cal State with a pretty low rep in general might have a great engineering department, for example.
