What about all the low earners on 10p tax -he isnt shouting about the fact that he has scrapped that now is he....and it doesnt start for another year, in the meantime petrol will have risen by 2p a litre so no I will not be celebrate because its all a swizz!

I would but he has put up wine by 5p a bottle and sparkling wine by 7p a bottle so I don't think I can afford to!

dont be fooled if it been cut then you can bet your *** that it will be twice as much from many other areas.
