Sterling silver, part silver...lead?????

It depends on what you are using the solder for.
Silver solder is used for jewelry and where a strong mechanical bond is required, it is a high temp. solder and requires a very hot iron or mini torch.
If it is for plumbing or like body work, use lead free solder and acid flux for good flow.
For electrical and electronic connections use a lead free solder with resin core flux for most connections. If there is high temperatures present or high mechanical stress then silver solder with resin flux is used.

Dunno EXACTLY what Flux is...

All i do know is Soldering flux (the metal) has a melting point
below 450 °C (842 °F).

I would NOT expect it to be SILVER or LEAD etc, but some
CONDUCTIVE metal / alloy thats Cheap to produce...
