To many to mention, totally ridiculous they were NOT violations, it's way out of hand, I lost points for nothing. Yahoo needs to do something about this like yesterday!

i was helping someone on here from the same state i live in find a proper school for their child who was profoundly deaf so they could get the proper education that they need in an appropriate setting. i got violated for that but i sent back a letter protesting this but i haven't heard back. i thought that was a low blow. getting into trouble for helping someone on a site meant to help people is a prime example of how things need to change around here. if they are going to do that to people who try to help, my question is "isn't yahoo answers in and of itsself a violation?" i think that is what it means. good luck.

I haven't been violated, but I asked something on the French Version and something on the Spanish version for my Oral AS exams. On one of the French ones, they didn't bother answering the question, and just criticised my French and on the other question, they gave answers but not opinions. The Spanish ones mentioned a slight error, but all answered the questions with opinions. (I love the Spanish)

And they blame the UK citizens for being xenophobic and stuff. At least I attempted the French. I could have been ignorant and asked it in English, but I'm not xenophobic and I like(d) Europeans. Now I'm having second thoughts about the French.

I got a violation on my question asking about a quote made by Albert Einstein. They would not tell me what specific rule/regulation I had violated.

I made a very witty- but complelty clean joke about ENglish, Irish and Scottish- it made fun of them equally and in a completely unbigotted manner.
And I'm English and I have relatives in Ireland? Stupid.

I laughed at the silliness of there question and agreed with another answer. it was about some kid spitting on another (or something like that). my kids do it all the time when they get mad at eachother and are losing a fight. yeah it's gross but it's funny that someone is really concerned.
