My girlfriend and I are going to the bahamas in April and we want to get married on the beach there. It's just the two of us so we don't need an expensive package and we already decided to take a cruise to the island. Can anyone recommend a place to get married in Nassau Bahamas?

Getting married in The Bahamas is made easy for visitors through the Ministry of Tourism Wedding Programme. The telephone number is 242-326-5371 or you can fax them at 242-356-0434. In addition to the number given, you can contact any Tourist Information Reception Service Centres or your hotel social hostess for further information on any visitors programme offered by the Ministry of Tourism. For visitors concern, dial the Ministry of Tourism help line at 242-326-4357 between 9am - 11pm daily.

Not sure of your budget, but I just came back from a week-long vacation at the Ocean Club and it is the most amazing place ever. My sister is getting married there next year and they have a whole deck section that overlooks the ocean. It's gorgeous. Not to mention Jessica Alba, James Gandolfini and Paul O'Neil were at the poolside with us daily :)
