I think love is kinda better thought out than lust. You know, I think it has reasons, various layers of feelings, it takes into account the different pros and cons the people or thing you're in love with has...it lasts longer.
Lust is more impulsive. It's like a hot pan when you pour alcohol in it; there's a HUGE, hot flame, but at some point the alcohol's burned away and it's gone. Lust doesn't usually need a reason, usually based on surface qualities like looks.
Love can be for everybody, lust is usually just associated with sex or romance.

Lust is just a physical attraction. Love is more of an actual connection between two people, but there are different kinds of love...family, friends, and boyfriend/girlfriend/husban/wife love, and there's a difference between love and being IN love.

Love is caring about a person for who they are. Lust is just wanting a sexual relationship. There is a definite difference, you can love someone without sex.

You can lust after someone that you couldn't imagine being around for more than an hour. Love is where you want to be with the person and are interested in their lives and such. If you are lusting after someone then you are only interested in their sexual being.

LUST and LOVE are two completly different things!!!!!
LUST- when you like someone very much but dont want them for sure.
LOVE- when the two of you are ment to be and like each other more then friends and not just for there apperence.

being lustful is like being in love. its the feeling you get at the begining of some relationships where you just want sex all the time. love is feeling that lasts forever about someone you want to be in your life till you die and it doesnt necessarily mean getting what you want, because if you really love someone then what you want doesnt always matter. thats my opinion anyway.
