Small food snack business.?

Question

I am not able to get job in Canada of my line. I want to start small business of food, snack,coffee counter/ food court on small investmnt without risk. How much one requres to start with ?
It will be vegetarian. Has anybody done this and would it work for me and family ?

You could always start with vending machines if you have severely limited capital.

Another way to go is to serve large office areas or industrial areas with either food trucks or catering services. See if you can approach an office building and supply menus and perhaps some samples to the offices. (It helps if you're willing to deliver and can come up with a very fast response time.)
