I'm afraid you may have restless legs syndrome . See your doctor .It can rob you of sleep. I sleep with my legs in the foetal position because the foot of the bed id damp aND cold . One can wake not fully refreshed if one has been stressed overnight even subconsciously .
So Of ff to the Doctors .you might get drugs and advice on Vitamins and minerals the B group is important here

Hi I had restless legs before by kidney transplant, I was on quinine tablets prescribed by GP. Tonic water that has it in, next time your at the shops get some, it should help. Good luck I know what it is like.

Restless leg syndrome!
Go to ur doctor and get some medication for it. Or Try exercising before you go to sleep.

It's called restless leg syndrome. It is treatable in a variety of ways. Consult your doctor for your best treatment

It is possible that you have what they call Restless Leg Syndrome. This is something that can be controlled with medicine, diet and exercise. You should be discussing this with a doctor.

i get that way also i think it might be called irrtable leg syndrome anyway i know there is a pill for this
go to the doctor they can give you meds to help you out
have them same problem but not at nght mine happens at work.so go to the doctor it is a syndrome!

Do you mean irritable as in continually feeling the need to stretch? If so, your'e not on your own and it drives me mad.

You could be lacking in magnesium. A magnesium deficiency can cause night cramps or discomfort. Get some supplements, they should kick in after a couple of days.
