To use the expression "a hill of beans" implies worthlessness. For years, beans were associated with poverty, and as such, if your opinion "wasn't worth a hill of beans", then it was pretty useless.
Now that all of that boring crap is out of the way....
Nope, usually my opinion isn't worth a hill of beans, or worth the paper that it's printed on, or worth it's weight in salt.... or worth..............

I think all people matter, therefore their opinions matter too. Love is far better than negativity is takes us much further in life... I am sure you matter much more than a hill of beans... :o)
