I already have certain fields set as "memo," but I still can't see all of the data on the table, and I need to be able to edit the text. It's as if it will only let me see so much of the text. Anyone know how to overcome this? Thanks!

Don't store huge blocks of data in Access, that's not what it was designed for.

If it's just a matter of seeing what's in the field, however, just create a form. Use the Form wizard to create one for your table, and it will make an input field large enough to edit your text.

Create a form based on the table. This will give you more control over how things look, and make it easier to work on the data. Depending on how much you're putting into the memo fields, you may still have to do some scrolling to see your data, but in a form you can manually size the data windows and arrange everything as you please. Good luck!

If you choose to work in the table itself, you can zoom the fields you need to edit.

Put the cursor in the field you want to edit (or just view), then press Ctrl-F2. That will pop up a window containing the data in the field.
