I was writing a letter to my dad. I was going to write "I really enjoy being here," but I accidentally wrote "rarely" instead of "really". I still wanted to use it, so I wrote, "I rarely drive steamboats, Dad. There's a lot of stuff you don't know about me. Quit tryin' to act as if I am a steamboat operator." I knew this letter took a harsh turn right away...

I was in typing class in high school. ( they had computers in my school, but in the typing classroom, on every desk there was a mechanical device called a typewriter. They were still using them because they were far more reliable than a computer.) We were typing a letter that was printed in the typing textbook. The letter we copied was about styles of letters, at the bottom of the page was the sentence "this letter is an example of that style". I thought I had typed everything exactly as it was in the text book, but when I read what I had just typed, I saw about a hundred mistakes and somehow it got totally mis-aligned on the paper. at the end it said " this litter is an example of that style".

Why cause dissension, where there MAY NOT be any? So, write another letter, if you want to clear a misunderstanding.
You know, we often set aside how much we care our closest people within our circle.
Parents, children, relatives, dear friends, kind strangers, OURSELVES . . a day comes, we die and are gone!
Finito!!!

Why add to tis finality some foolish reason for a possible apartness . . unless you feel there exists a need for causing covert dissension and do not know how to be more direct with what may be causing a problem in communication between the two of you.

Death teaches communication a bit MUCH too late.
Don't wait for it to be the HARSHEST teacher when it comes to this.
Good Luck!
