ok there is this girl at work, she is a lesbian and in a relationship with another girl who also happens to work there. So this girl has been flirting with me for some time now. Her girlfriend is really jealous of me as well. She evn told me that she would date me and that she likes how I am etc. So few days ago I was out to lunch with her and I told her that I liked her a lot and I am attracted to her but I respect the fact that she is in a relationship so in the meantime she should get to know me better. evrything went well that day and she text me later that evening saying she missed me blah blah blah. Then the next day I text her 3 times she never answered my texts its been 4 days since then I have not heard from her. I know if she wanted to she could have easily replied but I am wondering what game is she playing?What is really going on in her head?

Yeah, she's playing you. My ex is doing the same thing to me, actually. She calls one night to tell me how much she still loves/cares about me, then the next day won't answer my calls, but has the nerve to text back that she's on her way out of town. Which translates to she's going to see the person she started dating after we broke up.
Leave this girl alone, she will run you around in circles, and only give you headaches, as this game is nothing but a total head trip.

Total game player. Even if there ARE real sparks between you, if it were me I'd run far far away. Or, since you work together, try to avoid her. This person will seriously mess up your life, don't get involved with the drama! If she wants to break up w/her gf FIRST then fine.
