yes! i thought i was having menstrual cramps but no period so i finally decided to take a test and lo and behold i was pregnant! total shocker, but a plesant surprise.

Sure can. That happened twice to me (2nd child). I'd keep running to the bathroom thinking it was going to be there next time I went, but it never came. I would take a preggo test if you miss it by even one day. I had a really good feeling I was preggo with my second one (maybe since I knew what it felt like already). I felt like I was getting the flu... so tired and drained. I took a test 2 days before my period was due and sure enough! Preggo!

Yeah. It happened to me. We were TTC and I thought that I wasn't pregnant b/c I kept having cramps. They started probably about 3 days before my expected period. That has never really happened to me, but I didn't think much about it. I took a pregnancy test for the fun of it, and I was pregnant!

yes you can still have symptoms while being pregnant, i had a period for three months before i found out i was pregnant, but if you want to be certain get a test done!

Yes. In the early stages of pregnancy some women experience symptoms similar to getting their period.

YES!! I had my period for the first 2 months of my pregnancy and didnt realize I was pregnant until the 3rd month when I didnt get my period, but felt blowted and nauseous.

Yes a friend of mine was takeing antibotics and diet pills along with birth control and they off set each other she still had periods and syptoms of it and was prego didn't find out till she was 3 months along.

Yes, you can. I felt exactly like that, it's just ligaments stretching from the increase in hormones.
It's a different kind of pain though, less crampy and more achy.

Yes, i went through the same thing, the symptoms are close, are you late? It is always good to go ahead and do a test if you are late.. good luck
