Has the Civil Rights Movement now become the Minority Preference Movement?

I AM ALL FOR EQUALITY for EVERYONE.

I am against any preference due to a person's race.

Preferences based on RACE are RACISM, and I am not a racist.

Yes it happened quite a while ago. And even with black people running for president, a black congress group, black scholarships, welfare, affirmative action, mexicans being let into the country freely and issued credit cards and drivers licenses and yet SOMEHOW, white people are still oppressing them and we are racist.

Yah, because they are poor and dont want to educate themselves or get a good job so they vote for the socialist party so the rich republicans you hate so much can pay higher taxes for their welfare. Also, 95% of black people do NOT vote democrat, although it is over 60%

Yes, it has become the Minority Preference Movement. And the more people actually start to wake up and realize that the sooner things will change. I feel the reasons the Civil Rights Movement was enacted is now a thing of the past and we no longer need to protect minorities when it comes to fair and equal treatment in the work force.

Now I feel the the opposite is starting to happen and the majority is starting to be treated unfairly when it comes to getting jobs and how they are treated when they have a job.

I do have examples of this, because it happened to my honey. He had been passed over for a job he was more then qualified for in preference of a black women who wasn't qualified for the job at all. (I know because I worked for the company and right beside the women who had been hired instead of my honey.) I'm not bitter about his, since he did eventually get a okay job about 2 months later.

Yes, I'm against affirmative action and believe if there going to be black caucuses then there should be white caucuses. Most people would think I'm a white male by my response but I'm a Hispanic female who is tired of being looked at as if I needed the government's help. We haven't achieved equality until we get rid of these race preferential programs.

The constitution protects the minority from the majority - please go read up on it. As for the rest of your assertions, it's pretty well established you are not want you so vigorously deny you are....
