Yes, that is illegal. Music downloads are not supposed to be free. If you care about stuff like that then use Itunes.

According to multibillion organizations who are willing to piss on anyone's face for not paying them their $15 per CD (aka: RIAA), it's illegal, and they're willing to pick you out by random and suck you dry of your life savings just to make you stop downloading.

yup it is, i only ever use itunes =) ohhh and fyi. dont use Limewire either, its supposed to be riddled with viruses that can basically write off your computer

look at it this way. if you went up to your favorite artist and you told them hey can i borrow 15 bucks im sure the would give them to you. so just pretend like that happend and instead of them giving you 15 bucks they gave you 15 free music downloads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111
