Don't masturbate before hand, that is dumb, you deserve to be totally horny when you have sex. And don't think about trucks, baseball or your grandma to last longer. That doesn't really work and you want to be able to relax and think of the girl that you are with. All guys your age don't last long so you are normal. You can practise and practise, but this doesn't work for everyone. You can go to a adult bookstore and buy delay sprays or creams, they might work for you. If its a real problem in a relationship, then go to your doctor and get a prescription for an antidepressant like prozac, paxil, zoloft, etc. One of their side effects is that they delay orgasm in guys by a lot. A two minute guy can last a long, long time on these pills depending you have the right one at the right dose. Once you get used to longer sex, slowly ween yourself off the pills. You don't want to be on pills too long in case you get side effects like weight gain or can't sleep.

That really isn't uncommon and you shouldn't be embarrassed about it. Many young people have a hard time lasting for long periods of time during sexual activity. It really stems from a lack of experience. You have to build up your stamina and train your body to hold out for longer periods of time. If you're in a committed relationship, I would speak to your partner about that so they know what's going on.
Also, it may seem embarrassing, but read a couple articles on the topic and see what they suggest to help. But it's nothing something I would worry about too much. It does take some time and practice.

Hi there,
Most often premature ejaculation occurs in younger men, but it can affect men of all ages. There could be a number of different reasons for the problems, both physical and psychological. The good news is that there are certain solutions available that have proven effective, such as the Ejaculation Trainer (see site here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565), which can show a man how to develop permanent ejaculation control. By successfully addressing a man’s ejaculation concerns and teaching him how to control it, he will quickly become more confident and both he and his partner will be much more satisfied.
I hope it helps

If this is a real question then just know that its happened to plenty of 19 year olds. You have to learn control and then you will last longer.

It is mindpower! My boyfriend used to be the same way.... that is until he figured out that if he thought about dirtbikes, or cars, or something besides sex when we were having it, until he just couldn't take it anymore... he started to last way longer... we go at it for 40 mins. now.... sometimes there are those short days... lol... but for the most part it worked.

Well you are young and easily exciteable.
Try to rub one out before you have sex. Don't jump straight into the main event. Foreplay and oral until you have the 1st then more foreplay until you are ready for the 2nd round.
Good luck and you are not alone out there.. there are lots of young men with that problem.

wow! Seriously if you want any type of relationship you really need to start working on that like NOW!! Noone wants a minute man. There are books that teach you how to prolong. C*ck rings can help you with that. If it continues to be a problem I would go to a dr.

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. Wow, that’s not a sexy definition. Personally, I define it as you come quicker than you or your partner wants. Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation https://tr.im/5f271
