You are not asking much, so it is relatively easier to look for sources where to get the $2500 you need.
Some banks extend what they call "small business lines of credit" often through credit cards. Those are easier to get and can be based on your credit history alone. They typically are up to $100,000. For example, Wachovia's has various business lines of credits http://www.wachovia.com/small_biz/page/0,,446_612_1399,00.html Their business line of credit can even be approved overnight
Credit cards have always been used by many small business owners because it is easily accessible.
Check out your family and friends, too. They may have some cash stashed away that you can use.
Since you are asking for a small amount, check out the Small Business Administration's microloan program. They typically fund up to $30K Read about the SBA Microloan Program http://www.sba.gov/financing/sbaloan/microloans.html

most banks and financial institutions offer low interest loans for small business people to start up their business.
first, create a business plan that includes:
yearly costs inlcuding insurance, transportation costs, internet fees, advertising, salary for employees, building rent or mortgage, and initial product stocks.
include fees for telephone and electricity and any other needed utilities.
show how you plan to run the business, who is in charge, whether you are planning to incorporate, run as a sole proprietorship, run as a limited liability corporation or as a group venture.
indicate financial position and contribution from participants.
indicate contract (if required) for participation in specific flea markets or online source and fees for same.
fixtures and costs of any inventory maintenance fees.
banks will generally help you with this whole process and can advise for some ideas that can help within your market area.
good luck!

If you only need $2500, I would just save it up. Get a second job and you should be able to save that up in a matter of months. This way it'll be interest free money.
