I am currently in college, and I am dating the person I dated in high school and have been for 3 years, so I was just curious how many people actually marry their high school love<3.

I DID!! My wife (of 6 years now!) and I met when we were 17. I had not really dated anyone else, and neither did she. We never kissed anyone else before we met each other, so that was really special for us.

For us, it has been a wonderful thing to be married as highschool sweethearts. We have so many things that we have walked out together and we know each other from our roots as teens. Nobody could come in between us....they just don't have a chance when you compare how much the two of us have.

Don't get me wrong, we've had our fair share of tough times, but we've learned to grow and mature alongside each other. It's been a great journey and I know that we're going to enjoy what the rest of our lives have in store for us!

I was in high school and he is/was in the military and 24 at the time and yes we are married and are expecting a baby. We dated for about 1 1/2 year and then got married.

I didn't but my parents have been together since they were 14. They dated for 10 years then got married. They have been happily married for 27 years this July. My younger sister is also still with her boyfriend from High School. They are waiting till they have completed college (this May) and gotten there lives together before they get married.

I dated my girlfriend the last 6 months of our senior year in high school. After high school I didn't see things going any farther, so I broke up with her. Broke her heart. Amazingly we bumped into each other a few years later where we were both established, both responsible, and where we both knew what we wanted in life. We were married two years later, are about to share out 8th wedding anniversary, and last year we welcomed the arrival of our twin baby girls! But had we stayed together out of high school and experienced life on our own, I'm not sure things would have turned out this good!

I did. Dated for 5 years and married. We have two beautiful children and three grandchildren. I love him more today than when I married him 30 years ago. Yes, I'm still very much IN love with him. My sister also married her high school sweetheart and have been happily married over 25 years now.

I married my high school girlfriend and we've been together for 18 years since. I am 34 years old. It was not easy by the way. We broke up a couple of times but we always came right back together anytime we broke up. The real secret is that we never for once had premarital sex so we always yearned for each other. I am sure that if we had had premarital sex we will not have been eager to reunite whenever we broke up. We have 2 kids now.

I have been with my husband since I was 16, but he was out of school, so I'm not sure if that is what you meant. Married 6 years now.
