If you pierce right under your bottom lip can you never grow hair there again?

I wear a soul patch and I've been thinkin of gettin a piercing right there. Can I not re-grow my soul patch if I ever get tired of the piercing?

of coures lol...the hair dont stop growing...only where the peircing is its not like it grows in it...it grows around it tho

The hair will grow around it to cover up the infection you can get from sticking holes in your body.
