Tell him to quit the pot. It's not worth losing his job and family's security over. Email me and I'll give you a suggestion.

He may have a plan B, so he isn't worried about it. If he has someone who can pee for him, or knows of a reliable urine-cleaning agent (most people I know who try them fail though), he might not be worried about it.

Also, he may know more about the way testing is carried out. If they only test you if you have an accident, he could figure that it doesn't matter anyway (he would lose his job even if he tests clean).

If he knows he has a test coming up, he should stop smoking and start cleaning his body before the test. There are a lot of urine-cleaners that claim they work in hours, but I have never known anyone to pass a drug test who wasn't clean for at least two weeks.

You've got more serious questions than that, because you may love him, but his smoking weed is a sign of an addiction and him not being grown up enough to quit - is that really someone you want to marry? He needs to quit and have more self control. Just tell him that if he pops, then the engagement's off.

You shouldn't do anything. Maybe this will be a good wake up call for your fiance and he will stop smoking. Sometimes it takes a person to get to his all time low before he is able to pick himself up. Just be there for him if and when this happens.

I'm in the trucking industry, and you know what? I don't have any sympathy. He should have thought about you and his livelihood before he smoked. And he shouldn't even be on the road if he's on drugs. I say serves him right. He's the kind of guy who gives truckers a bad name.

Nothing you can do. Have him start looking for another job, or have him quit for personal reasons before it gets recorded on his record that he was fired for failing a drug test.

If he is smoking that, he shouldn't be driving a truck anyway. A semi ran a red light and hit my suv and I've had 3 back surgeries from it. Ask him if he wants to do to someone and to please stop.

You want to marry this guy, smoking weed and already jeopardizing his job, something wrong here.

He probably will lose his current job, but his cdl won't be revoked.

you are right he shouldn't smoke, and if he fails it is his problem. You should encourage him to quit.
