Not very important at all. I give answers openly and honestly to the best of my knowledge. Everyone has an opinion and they are not always going to agree. To each his own. I also don't get offended when someone says something about me.....unless it's saying that I'm not a good mother and then there's a fight to be had!

Nah... Sure it's nice to get a good rating, and even better to get a best answer... but to be honest, if somebody doesn't agree with me or an answer I give, then that's thier choice...
I guess that's the point of Yahoo! Answers in the first place... Gives people a place to voice thier opinions...

I could care less because not all of my answers are great. Sometimes I like to be a little mischievous and like to see people get riled up. Sure works.... because I do get those violation notices !!!

I don't get offended...I just wonder why...but is not that important to me. We all have different opinions and are free to express them.

Not a big deal at all to me. I know ppl do it just for the heck of it...and don't have any real reasons behind it.
