i sended my x360 to get it repaired by the company, it had some disk tray issues that wasnt working or it wasnt reading the disk, could it be that it was dirty inside or what was the proble, i barely play with it and it just happened , are they going to give me a refurbished xbox or my original back? and are they going to put a new disk drive or a refurbished one??

I think they'll send you the same 360, but they'll just fix the problem.

I sent mine in for the Red Ring Of Death, and it had a scratch on the side, when I got it back, it had the same scratch

its an electronic they dont last forever
my xbox broke down 3 times during the first year
my original was sent 2 times back to but the third time i got a refurbished i should of gotten a whole new console straight from the box but microsoft is so full or sh*t
