There have been a number of songs titled "Talk to Me" but none of them were hits in the 60s.
However, there was a song in 1963 called "Talk to, Talk to Me" by Sunny and the Sunglows. It reached #11 on the Billboard pop charts. That might be the one you're thinking of.

Jesse Colin Young's version made its debut in 1964. Don Redman sang it in 1965. Billy Eckstine had a hit in 1966 with his version of Talk To Me. Al Green made his version 1970, but Third World's 1979 Reggae release was by far the best rendition of all time.
