Sorry not sure I understand your question.
However I do think the All Blacks preventing some of their players from competing in the super14s this season may actually have a negative effect on the All Blacks at the world cup. The players on the training camp will not be as match fit as they will need to be.

The All Blacks third team could probably win the World Cup but they do not seem to perform as they should when it comes to the big time.
