No they are not pathetic. They are doing what their predicessor would not do, use their Constititutional power of oversight. It's about time. While they are investigating the criminals in the Administration they are drawn away from issues. Neocons lose when real issues are discussed so they shouldn't whine too much about it. Minimum wage bill would probably be vetoed by Dubya anyway so why is it that important. If it helps anybody but his rich friends Dubya isn't interested.
