In the middle of the Democratic Republic of Congo there are three lakes, one of them seems to be stained red does anyone know why?

Red clay is the answer.

Could you give coordinates to help us find the place?

In any case, it is almost certainly down to the composition of the soil in that area - if it is claylike, the colour may have leached into the lake. Otherwise, are there any cities nearby? It may be industrial waste. The first it more likely, though.

I cannot locate your lake. Probably laterite, red soil. The picture was probably taken after a strong rain.

areal view can see the dominent colour of major materials that forms the floor of lakes/ ponds
