Mcmahon because WWE is his company and he made this match just for entertainment and to increase his shows rating. On the other hand no good is going to come to Trump, so he won't allow his head get shaved

Mr. McMahon needs to have his head shaved bald. He will benefit from this loss because he will be stark raving angry and use this anger to change the show around a little.

I think it's going to be Mr. McMahon. Why would they do that to Donald Trump? I doubt so, but i admit that i would be surprised if it is going to be him. All i can say is that Vince McMahon could be the one who is going to get all his hair cut.
