Oh congratulations on your first pregnancy, enjoy this time as you see your body changing. First thing you need to do is to schedule a visit with your OB/GYN to make sure everything is ok, more likely you will have to have a blood & urine test. Also you need to stick to a healthy diet, fruits, vegetables, protein & calcium, avoid fatty food, high sodium, caffeine, cigarrettes or any drugs for that matter. Sign up for a lamaze class or for yoga (they have pregnancy oriented classes)
You may also want to keep a pregnancy diary or journal where you can keep pictures of your growing belly and notes about when and how did you find out, how did people react, when did you buy your first maternity oufit, what was the first present you bought for you baby and a list of names you considered.
There are many books you can buy or get from your local library, people recommend "What to expect when you are expecting" a lot, but remember that every pregancy is different and so is every body and person so take all advise with a grain of salt since you will hear a lot of different opinions about motherhood, your heart will lead you the right way. Don't forget to find a good pediatrician, you can ask your OB/GYN for a recommendation or ask around in your curch, area, friends circle
Enjoy this great time

Obviously, make your doctors appointment, but be prepared they may not see you until around 10 weeks or so depending on the doctor. Also, buy a pregnancy book, maybe even a couple. I have "what to expect when you're expecting" I love this one and I have another one that breaks down the weeks of pregnancy. I also joined babycenter.com and pregnancyweekly.com they are two good websites with helpful information and they send you weekly news letters to your e-mail.
Other than that, eat healthy, exercise it really does help, rest whenever you can, because you will be very tired. Stay hydrated you will feel so much better for it and be HAPPY!!!!!
Congratulations to you and your family, it is such an exciting time.
Oh btw, ignore all of the horror stories and the ridiculous comments people make to you about your size and so forth. You will soon know what I am talking about.
Congrats again.

You should watch your diet. Search the net for the pregnancy nutrition guidelines. Also, try and exercise a little each day. This should give you a little more energy, as you're going to be very tired the first trimester. It will also make your labor easier.

Just rest and be patient. Time flies, but not when you're expecting a little one! Here's a great website I like to check out weekly. I used it with my first pregnancy and now my second. Good luck!
