Danny Manning is the best player to come out of KU. Won a national championship in college "Danny and the Miracles" and is an NBA legend.

I don't know what that first guy that answered is talking about because Jamal Mashburn, Antoine Walker and Rex Chapman all played for Kentucky, not Kansas. And the answer to your question would be Wilt Chamberlain because he has the better stats. To some of these answerers: KU is Kansas University and UK is Kentucky, so you asked your question correctly.

I'd have to say the best all time player from K.U. would have to be Wilt Chamberlain. How many other players have scored 65 points in 60 games in the NBA!

I would say in my life time, Paul Pierce, because he has the most complete pro game of any former Jayhawk. I think he has a career average of 24 points a game. But all time, I would have to agree with Wilt Chamberlain.

First of all, Kentucky is UK.

Wilt Chamberlain, hands down for all time. His stats and records alone justify that. I think past that, you have to look at Paul Pierce or Danny Manning.
