It could be too much salt in your diet.
Also, soda causes me to feel bloated and uncomfortable. So I try to avoid carbonated beverages.

Are you periods due within the next 7 days maybe? Or you can be intolerant of certain foods such as too much yeast. Try drinking some ginger beer or lemonade or maybe some herbal tea such as Peppermint or the best one is Fennel Tea. If you can get to a health food shop, try buying som Extra strength peppermint capsules but don't take more than two at at time as your body does get quite minty.

Pregnancy? Just kidding maybe you aren't drinking enough water. The more water you drink, the less bloated you will be. Cut down on sodium too.

Take plenty of water.
Change the diet. What is causing it to bloat should be ruled out. Take a light diet.
Exercise. Lots of walking.
I guess you have taken medicines.

Any number of things could be causing this, including hormones if you're female.
Drinking a lot of water usually helps, and avoid starchy carbohydrates such as potatoes/pasta.

In my case it was lactose intolerance.
Cut out milk and dairy for a while...
by the way, it might just be gas.
