Well, the best way would probably be to ask someone who is your friend or is close to you who has connections in the film or TV industry. Because they can probably be able to send in your resume. You can't just run into a TV studio and throw your resume at them, it has to go through a long process. You need experience, such as experience from plays, and such. The TV and film industry are looking for people who have had experience from their past or have taken acting classes/lessons.
