I'm trying to find a book. I read the back but now can't remember the title or author. It's about a woman who has a baby and soon after she thinks the baby handed to her isn't hers and I think her husband may fear she's going crazy.any help greatfully recieved?!!!

Rosemary's Baby is about a woman who thinks her unborn child is the son of the devil, or will be given to the devil. Her husband and their friends are part of a devil-worshipping cult. She knows it's her baby.

yes, I agree - I'm sure it's Little Face by Sophie Hannah - I've just read it, and that's the plot line exactly.
