The best question is "What do you think of unclean ugly rest rooms?"
It sounds like 'seeing' the ugly restroom in your dream triggers an 'authentic' feeling within you that then makes you feel 'naked' or 'exposed'.
It would be the same as if I had a dream of eating something I shouldn't be eating (but I want to) so that the guilt of dreaming about eating then creates the dream where my guilt (desire to eat what I shouldn't) is revealed, thus I am represented as being 'naked' or who I really am, with nothing to hide behind. The others, thus, represent the 'other' parts of myself that I have been trying to hide this feeling from.
Restrooms are often places of privacy, and can be sexually suggestive (since the functions of full-body washing, defecating and urinating involve those areas.) Again, alot depends on any personal psychological factors you bring to the dream that can help determine what it is the restroom represents and why you are dreaming of it. Hope this helps.

Sorry I am not a dream expert. And only God can determine the real meaning of dreams he should know he created us. However pulling in info from what I know, have dreamed, and common sense. I would say this all ties into a fear you have whether it's a fear of humiliation or of someone finding out a "dirty" secret. Or maybe you have a phobia of dirty bathrooms? You fear catching a disease from an unclean toilet who knows. All I can say is that I've noticed usually the last thing you think about before bed tends to play into your dreams.

You simply don't like to clean dirty bathrooms, and neither do you ever want to appear naked in public. If you can 'acknowledge that' in your 'conscious mind' every day for a few weeks, then you should be able to 'get rid' of these 'bothersome dreams' that come from your 'subconscious.' Believe it or not, MOST DREAMS have 'extremely pedestrian explanations' ... your 'subconscious' part of you is like a 'little child complaining' if it doesn't 'like' certain things, even just the 'idea' of doing some things, and thus you have the 'explanation' for your 'bothersome dreams.' If you have a 'dream' of a huge house, with huge bathrooms and lots and lots of tubs and showers but no toilets, that means that you like to 'take baths and showers' but you really don't like going to the toilet ... then you realize that you HAVE TO GET UP TO GO TO THE TOILET ... and that is the 'whole explanation' of the dream. If you 'know' in your head that these dreams 'don't have a deeper meaning' then you should be able to 'rid yourself' of them very easily. But did you know that these two 'dreams' you have related are probably a 'total time' of less than one second, and you may be 'remembering them' because you need to 'get up and pee' too ... so you do that, or you at least 'wake up' enough after the dream that you can 'remember' it, but you can't remember the HUNDREDS OF DREAMS you have every night, because you don't 'wake partly up' as much after them.

You could be subconsciously a germ-o-phobic, or you could simply be a stressed individual that under pressure your mind begins working overtime while you're sleeping and brings up past fears you may have had during your adolescent years... It's proven you can train your dreams- so at night before you lay down to sleep do some meditating exercises, and think positive thoughts repeatedly, it won't work overnight, but within a matter of days you should start seeing a difference.
