In the supermarket or any store.....do you make eye contact with everone passing by you...........i have a fear of this.... i always cautch myself looking down........im afraid that if i look directly at them i might start staring............does anyone else do this?????

I always make eye contact , smile and say hello to everyone no matter where I am. This feels very good- try it!

I always make eye contact when speaking to someone. When I am just out doing random things I like to look around. If I catch someone looking at me I will smile and meet their stare and hold it until they finally look away. It's really fun and sometimes you can meet really interesting people this way.

Yes I always do. I like interacting with people even in this small way.A smile usually gets a smile in return.
