sure,

first imagine a 2 dimmesional world, in front of you...you exist in three dimensions so you can see every part of that world and whats going on in it from above. you can put you finger on it an manipulate things as well then disapear by removing your finger... the 2 dimensional people will have no concept of where you are or how you do things because they have no concept of where a third dimension could be.

Now take it further...we live in a three (spacial) dimensional world. a being that lived in four spacial dimensions could step outside the universe and observe all parts of it from this higher dimension it could enter it at will, and even reach inside our body the same way you could put your finger inside a 2 dimensional being.

Superstring theory actuall theorises 26 possible spacial dimensions...but the are all wound up on eachother.

Anyways, I digress, mathematically we can can work in 4 dimensions, and it looks good on paper, all comes down to the faith thing for any real evidence though. I hope this satisfies your criteria.

I don't believe so. Religion is faith based. Science wants to prove everything.

I know there was Noah and the Ark. Does someone have to dig the ark out of the ground to prove to me that Noah exsisted? No. It's faith based.

Same thing for me with evolution. It doesn't really matter to me exactly how man got here, I know God created everything. Whether he did it one way or another is insignifant to me. The main point I understand. The details I don't need to.

Just some thoughts of mine. Doesn't mean I'm right.

Conceptions of God can vary widely, despite the use of the same term for them all. Theologians and philosophers have studied countless conceptions of God since the dawn of civilization. The Abrahamic conceptions of God include the trinitarian view of Christians, the Kabbalistic definition of Jewish mysticism, and the Islamic concept of God. The dharmic religions differ in their view of the divine, ranging from the almost polytheistic view of God in Hinduism to the almost non-theist view of God in Buddhism. In modern times, some more abstract concepts have been developed, such as process theology and open theism.

No. Science, by definition, studies the natural world. God, by definition, is supernatural. Since there is no evidence that the supernatural exists (or it would be part of the natural world), science has nothing to say about it besides the fact that it hasn't been shown to exist.

It depends on what you mean by 'science.' If you mean hypothesis testing where you attempt to reject the hypothesis that God does not exist based on experimental evidence - the answer is NO. If you use evidence from observation of things you can see, and logical reasoning explaining their existence, you can make a well-reasoned argument why God exists, but this approach is not conclusive.

No, by it's very definition, a god is a supernatural being and supernatural means being above the laws of nature. The very laws that science is constrained by. I think it's even worse than that: I don't think religion does any better at it. At least none of the major (or minor for that matter) religions seem to be able to agree on who God is.

You can't. God is not definable by a finite set of standards. He is infinite. Science is based on a finite human mind.

Gwen, I commend you for addressing this question. i will initiate it this way. the full worldwide is interior the potential of the depraved one, devil the devil and not the Almighty God. devil set the degree to venture God while he tempted Eve interior the backyard of Eden. It became from then guy became made imperfect. He tempted Jesus too to worship him. the worldwide is stuffed with Evil from a depraved religious creature and not God. devil additionally annoying situations God in terms of interest. this is an particularly reliable account and you may desire to examine it whenever you could. And all of us understand from this account why we are dealing with what we are dealing with. The Bible prophesy's that for the period of basic terms a short jointly as longer and the depraved one would be not extra. merely because of fact we see depraved does not advise there is not a God. God is genuine and he does look after us. The devil is indignant because of fact he's conscious his time is short for this reason he needs all to perish with him, so he distracts us with the media, with the government, with listening to non-scriptural reasoning's so we are able to be blinded to the certainty. we are dealing with all of this suffering because of fact of him, no God. for this reason we would desire to combat and stay reliable and in no way tire out. ********************** precise yet you could desire to comprehend why he's prepared. It became a right away venture to God in Heaven. God had myriads of Angels watching him while this exceeded off, they too might have became away if he suggested this is my way or not something. and that they might have suggested yea devil is nice God controls us all (no unfastened will), and then there be a riot in heaven. yet he allowed this to happen so as that they devil must be proved a liar, and this is the sole rationalization why God facilitates it.
